Bagger 293 is a giant excavator made in Germany and entered the Guinness Book of Records as the highest land vehicle produced in 1995.
Bagger 293’s title as the tallest digger comes from its height of 255 meters. This huge digger weighs 14.2 tons and has a bucket that can fill 15 cubic meters at a time. There are 18 of these buckets on the wheel. 18 When the bucket makes one revolution on the wheel, it carries 270 cubic meters of ore. It is worth saying that this figure is quite extraordinary, based on the machines produced so far and working in mines.
