There are a number of processes waiting for us in the construction of a new road. These processes begin with clearing the area where the road will be built from all obstacles. For a solid road, it is very important to use gravel before asphalt. Gravel is indispensable both for filling obstacles such as potholes and ditches in the area where the road will be built, and for maintaining the strength of asphalt for many years without collapsing or disintegrating.
Compressing the gravel you spread on the ground with a road dozer provides better stability and longer life. A roller or compactor is required for this. Once the necessary compaction is achieved, the asphalt process can now be started.
